Sad news. I'm in the process of publishing a review of his latest
autobiography, "In Retrospect: form the Pill to the Pen", in JChemEd. The
book review editor sent me this notice. Ironically, Djerassi died on
Friday, the day we finalized the review of my draft. I got busy this
weekend and haven't submitted it yet which I'll do with a note added in
proof. I've also written a letter to the editor of the NY Times which I'll
either cite or pass along if they don't print it. I'll also sned notice of
the publication of my review.
