The Division of Chemical Health and Safety of the ACS Supports the Spring Small Chemical Business Event

ACS is launching a new program for small chemical businesses and industry professionals.

“How to Create a Safety Culture While Growing Your Business” will be broadcast on Tuesday, April 14 at 7 PM ET.

Modeled after the successful Program-in-a-Box, this event combines a webinar followed by live Q&A with an onsite program hosted by local sections. The event is easy to setup, provided at no-cost, and the materials are delivered directly to your doorstep. ACS provides subject-matter expert speakers, materials for event promotion, content related resources and raffle prizes.  Local sections only need to acquire a location and gather the audience.

Here's how it works:

  • Register for the event at www.acs.org/PIB and select the ‘Industry’ tab. Groups registered by March 27 will receive a box of resource materials and raffle prizes.
  • Secure a meeting place. Setup your location with a computer and speakers.
  • Gather your colleagues. We’ll send materials to help you promote.
  • On event day, tune in to the experts and get advice during the live Q&A.

Take this opportunity to host another successful Program-in-a-Box event and connect with program partners: Division of Business Development & Management, Division of Chemical Health & Safety, Division of Professional Relations, and the Division of Small Chemical Businesses.

Feel free to contact me for more information – I am moderating the event and we have two powerful speakers.
