The assumption behind some of the questions is that the Chemical Hygiene Plan serves a relatively large organization with a diverse set of laboratories. However, as a Chemical Hygiene Officer as a small school with about 25 labs, I think that the questions can be answered in our setting as well. We would appreciate responses to the questions we asked from any organization with laboratories covered by the OSHA lab standard, regardless of size or sector. Most of the questions have comment boxes for freeform responses; pointing out questions that don‰??t fit your organization well in this section would be helpful to us as well.
