Hello Everyone,

I am trying to put together a poster for the ACS Spring meeting in San Diego about Lessons Learned in Safety.  The plan is to highlight a variety of experiences through pictures.  I especially need a couple more pictures with explanations of what went right.  I will be submitting the poster to the printer on Monday.

THIS IS WHERE I NEED YOUR HELP:

I am looking for photos for this project with a small blurb of the lesson learned from the situation.  No information will be shared about who or where the photos are from to avoid any issues of "pointing fingers".  Please forward any photos you are willing to share with descriptions directly to me in any format.  Of course, if you have a lesson that you could make into an individual poster, please submit an abstract for the CHAS poster session by October 12th.
