Dear all,

In response to one of my stories about the University of Hawaii incident, we've got a question: "Does anyone have a link to proper procedures for filling a balloon from a hydrogen cylinder?"

I'd like to respond with a good protocol. If you know of one online, would you please send me the link?

Thanks,
Jyllian
