I feel I must comment ?

FYI I spent the first third of my professional career on the
faculty of 2 universities and then moved on to full time
safety consulting. I have been professionally involved in
about 125 litigation matters and have seen the financial
impact it can have.

I recognized early on, and three attorneys with whom I
consulted concurred, the attorneys for the employer
(college/university) will protect the employer; you will be
protected only insofar as doing so does not damage the
employer?s protection. If, at the end of the process, the
employer?s representatives can find a way to shift the
financial burden to the employee, they will.

Given the very low cost of ACS educator?s insurance through
ACS, it is financially irresponsible not to protect yourself
and your family with insurance. If something goes wrong,
that insurance will work for you, and no one else.

Go to NOLA and speak to the ACS insurance representatives ?
it is a worthwhile investment

Neal
