EPA has scheduled a webinar to assist processors with reporting under the TSCA Inventory Notification (Active-Inactive) Rule, published in the Federal Register on August 11, 2017. This rule requires industry to report chemicals manufactured or imported in the U.S. over the past 10 years. The reporting period for processors ends on October 5, 2018. This webinar will include an overview of reporting requirements for processors, a demonstration of the electronic reporting application (Central Data Exchange, or CDX), and will provide time for questions and answers.
The webinar is scheduled for 1-4 PM EDT on May 23, 2018. Registration for a webinar is not required.

The Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act, which amended TSCA, requires EPA to designate chemical substances on the TSCA Chemical Substance Inventory as either â??activeâ?? or â??inactiveâ?? in U.S. commerce. Read the TSCA Inventory Notification (Active-Inactive) Rule.
