Monona,

Plutonium would be a BAD idea. There's also the old reliable and hopefully banned and no longer availabe things like trivalent arsenic and thallium compounds, but I certainly wouldn't put such things in my living space even if I could get them.

If you actually see this mega-mouse from time-to-time, perhaps a CO2 powered pellet gun would solve the problem provided you are a reasonmably good shot and don't hit anything valuable with it..
