The following came across my desk and I don't have anyone to recommend.  You can respond directly to the seeker and let her know DCHAS sent ya.

Best wishes,

I represent the Inspections Experts Inc. and Project Enhancement Corporation Team. We are a contractor for OSHA.  OSHA is seeking a glassblowing expert to provide an opinion on the feasibility of changing finishing molds on a glass blowing machine while complying with 29 CFR 1910.147 (Lockout/Tagout).  If you have this expertise and are interested in being considered for this opportunity, please contact me at your earliest convenience with a CV/resume and a rate schedule.   If you know of any colleagues with this expertise, a referral would be greatly appreciated.  Additional case information can be provided upon request.
