The highlights for the Third ACS NASA Symposium titled ‰??Chemistry for Humanity‰??s Next Giant Leap‰?? sponsored by MPPG to be held in Orlando on April 1-2, 2019 are as follows:

Monday April 1
‰?˘ AM: NASA Day featuring top investigators from the four NASA Research Centers
‰?˘ PM: PMSE ACS Outstanding Students and Mentors in Polymer Science and Engineering Awards sponsored by CME.

Tuesday April 2
‰?˘ AM: Industry Day of the symposium features the Dow Chemical CTO, Johnson & Johnson CSO, Northrop Grumman Chief Engineer, ExxonMobil Chemical Chief Research Engineer, Blue Origin Payload Director, and others.
‰?˘ PM: Industry Luncheon Keynote featuring Pedro Duque, the Spanish Minister of Science (also a European Space Agency Astronaut). He will have a fire-side chat with C&EN Editor-in-chief Bibi Campos-Seijo as the host.
‰?˘ PM: Two Nobel Laureates in Chemistry at the CME Lectures session: Frances Arnold (2018) and Eric Betzig (2014).
‰?˘ PM: Apollo‰??s 50 CME Reception at the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral.
