My understanding of the regulations is that only one address per permit. If the address changes, you must file an amended permit. All in the name of "protecting the revenue".

Good afternoon,

I am hoping for a little clarification, I called the TTB today and came away more confused than when I started. Can we have multiple buildings listed on our alcohol permit for shipping addresses. For some reason only our chemistry building is currently listed, or biology department just moved into a new building and VWR will no longer deliver to them. Can I send in Form 5150.22 and add an additional address?

Thanks,
