CHAS members are likely to be interested to know that the ACS Guide To Scholarly Communication will be launching in January 2020.

This is an update of the 2006 ACS Style Guide and addresses many important issues related to scientific publication, including best practices for including safety information related to the work being described in published article. This chapter is based on the ongoing work of several people in the Division and is co-authored by two members of the Division, Leah McEwen and Sammye Sigmann.

More information can be found about the publication can be found at https://pubs.acs.org/page/styleguide

Let me know if you have any questions about this.
