You're Invited to Learn More about Fee Obligations For EPA-Initiated Risk Evaluations

On Thursday, December 19 from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m Eastern time, EPA will host a conference call to review certain provisions of the Fees for the Administration of the Toxic Substances Act rule. The Agency will be giving a brief overview of the fees associated with an EPA-initiated risk evaluation, the creation of the preliminary list that identifies manufacturers and importers subject to fees, and how fees will be divided among the identified businesses.
