HI David,

Zach Eisenberg, Ph.D. is VP of research at Anresco. He is also involved with ASTM D-37 on Cannabis Assays.

He is a key contributor to the Stability Task Group which is working on real time and accelerated stability testing of cannabis products.

Your client should be very interested in stability of their products, since many states require use-by dates. The state of the art is developing quickly.

I‰??ve copied him on my reply. He is certainly worth talking with.

P.S. You think you get the hardest requests. Editor‰??s get them also.

Bob

Anresco Labs has been doing food analysis for decades and is now doing cannabis analysis. They are based in California and have branches in New York and Florida.

They hired a company called Symrise to do the flavoring and they recommended we find a third party lab to confirm the specific information relating to the ingredients and the nutrition information which they will put on the labels. The products are Cannabis infused flavored sparkling waters.
