Subject: [DCHAS-L] Workers Compensation basics or FAQs?

I wonder if anyone on the list knows of a good presentation file or other
resource, such as a FAQ page, that explains the basic concepts associated
with US Workers Compensation programs? I understand how nuanced and variable
such programs nationally, particularly in academia, but I'd like to help
employees and supervisors be a little nuanced than thinking of WC as a legal
black hole that they want to avoid at all costs, if possible.

Thanks for any help with this.
