Hi everybody

Silver, colloidal silver and nano silver too are fine, but the main issue is the contact time. Still several attempts are ongoing to find an impregnated substrate to accommodate the disinfectant (semi-solid or solid format). I will be marvelous to reach such solution to be used on a large scale.

You are correct. I searched for silver on Monday and no results were given. Things are changing too fast.

Both silver and silver ion disinfectants are on the N List, along with other disinfecting compounds like hydrogen peroxide.

As a side note if you go to the EPA N list site and search disinfectants by components, there are no silver compounds approved.

Hi Alessandra.

WRT the antimicrobial item you were mentioning - did you mean antimicrobial coatings?

Hi Everyone,

Copying a question I saw in another group, does anyone have used antimicrobial-type tapes for highly touched areas?

Can you share your thoughts?

Thank you,

Alessandra
