Yes, we are all ZOOM’d out, but all of us can improve our knowledge of chemical safety – join one or more of the powerful CHAS workshops being offered during the week of 10 August from the comfort of your home. No travel, no risk of infection, just an intense learning experience.

We’d all like to be in San Francisco in August for workshops, technical sessions, and socializing, but the pandemic has interfered with everyone’s plans. As a result, with CHAS going fully virtual for the San Francisco meeting, the pre-meeting Professional Development Workshops will also be presented online, in a fully interactive setting. Since travel is not an issue, we’ve spread the workshops out over four days, from the Tuesday before the scheduled meeting, until that Friday – August 11-14.

Here is the schedule:

Courses will start at 11AM EDT (8AM PDT) except for the Lab Safety Workshop, which will begin at 10AM EDT.

Tuesday, August 11 –

Wednesday, August 12

Thursday, August 13 –

Friday, August 14 –

The registration page is here: https://dchas.org/2020/05/30/workshop-registration-page-2020/ . Invoices will be sent electronically after courses are confirmed. Five registrants are the minimum required for all workshops.

All course materials will be delivered electronically prior to the sessions. Please let me know if you have any questions, and we hope you’ll join us by the virtual Golden Gate Bridge!

Neal
