The important line in the registration for me is:  "Textiles treated consistent with those label specifications will likely be considered as treated articles exempt from FIFRA registration requirements, as the product is intended to protect the textile itself.

I will be reminding people of what the purpose is, because I KNOW there will be hucksters making masks out of it and claiming it kills COVID-19.  That is NOT a registered use.   There are companies already doing that with the copper-treated fabrics.
