Anti-fogging wipes and sprays can help, provided you match the product to the material type of your lens (be sure to read the product label). However, those won't help if the fit of the goggles and mask are such that you are breathing into the goggles. If that is the case, you may need to opt for a different mask or goggles that fit better.

There are a number of windshield fogging prevention products on the market which may be worth a try.  A thin film of (petroleum product-free) detergent might also work.
