Hello Everyone,
There was no paper, podcast, or website this week. We held an open forum discussing incidents that inspired our participants' ways of thinking about safety and what we would do to improve safety at our institutions if we had unlimited money and authority. It was a fascinating conversation that touched about a wide variety of topics!
