Hello Everyone,

The meeting notes from the Science of Safety Journal Club meeting on 10/06/2020 are now available on the ACS DCHAS website here: https://dchas.org/2020/10/07/learning-well/

There was no paper, podcast, or website this week. We held an open forum discussing incidents that inspired our participants' ways of thinking about safety and what we would do to improve safety at our institutions if we had unlimited money and authority. It was a fascinating conversation that touched about a wide variety of topics!

After reading our Conversation Highlights at the link above, we would love to keep the conversation going here!

If you would like to sign up to join our weekly Journal Club held on Tuesdays at 3 PM EASTERN, please sign up using this Google form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1sIlFpKHNNxTtXaQ6rEmOvvvZRW1rNLZ8lqfZfJkoACU/viewform?edit_requested=true
