I'm happy to let the Division know that ACS Publications, has made the safety chapter from the ACS Guide to Scholarly Communication freely available. This is being done in partnership with the authors and editors of the chapter, which include several members of CHAS. The chapter can be freely downloaded from
http://pubsapp.acs.org/paragonplus/submission/ACS_Guide_to_Scholarly_Communication_1.3_Communicating_Safety_Information.pdf

This chapter is also cited by ACS journals as part of their Author Guidelines, for an example see the Journal of ACS web site at
https://publish.acs.org/publish/author_guidelines?coden=jacsat#safety_considerations

My thanks to everyone who has worked together to make this vision a reality!
