Hi All,

The journal was acquired by ACS last year and is now called ACS Chemical Health & Safety: pubs.acs.org/acschas. Subscriptions are handled through ACS and normally articles are accessed through your institution. However, given the number of individual subscriptions that have been requested already from the Division, ACS is offering a limited free subscription through an announcement (below) sent out on 12/17. Future subscription options are being considered and details will be made available closer to the end of 2021.

From ACS Pubs:

On behalf of ACS Publications, ACS Chemical Health & Safety invites all current DCHAS members to experience the benefits of its journal. You can indicate your interest by completing this form. Should you opt-in to receiving a free subscription, ACS Publications kindly asks that you help us by participating in quarterly short surveys on the subject of chemical safety. Once you complete the form and opt-in, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing your new subscription (active until December 31, 2021).

Hope this helps,
Kali

Hi,

I thought we had free access to the Journal of Chemical Health and Safety through our membership in the DCHAS group. Am I wrong? I tried to access one of the recent articles and it said I had to pay or use one of my 50 free articles. I can use one, but I hate to waste them if I do not need to.

Thank you,
