I wonder if anyone has put together a powerpoint slide template of the swiss cheese model of accident causation that they would be willing to share? I‰??d like to be able to add, subtract and relabel layers of protection and the ones I can find on the web are too static for that purpose.

Thanks for any leads to something I can use for this purpose.
