Interested in any complication or recent reports on evacuations due to chemical accidents.   I have a somewhat dated publication from Oak Ridge (ONRL TM9882-1986) that describes evacuations due to chemical accidents.  Wondering if DCHAS or other sources may an update to this work?  Are there any organizations that keep track?
