Hi Dave,

You may try the following links in addition to Ralph's recommendations. The safety zone has many incidents associated with chemicals.

Subject: [DCHAS-L] Case Studies websites/collections

Colleagues,

I am working on a project in which I would like to direct folks to websites that have collections of accidents/incidents in chemistry labs (or plants). Google-searching for this has been less productive than I had hoped. Help. You can reply to me directly (dfinster**At_Symbol_Here**wittenberg.edu) or through that list serve as you wish. I can later post the results of this query.

Thanks.

Dave
