Re: Monona's free ventilation seminar

If you've ever been tempted to sit in on my free ventilation seminar, THIS is the one to sign up for. Even if you've attended a previous one, this one is worth your two hour investment again.

The power point now includes important new studies released in the last couple of weeks. The citations for these studies will be in the pdf of the power point we send you after the seminar. And while the fundamentals of ventilation we cover are always the same, this time they are reorganized to explain how these ventilation requirements have been successfully negotiated with employers.

Actual ventilation data from two venues will be shown with the identifiers removed. These charts will show you what competent building managers and engineers will send you when you request ventilation data. In addition, we will cover two of the simplest methods for testing individual rooms or spaces. Each method requires only one instrument. Either one of the two instruments can be purchased or rented and anyone can use them with a few minutes instruction. Even the formulas and calculations from the data obtained from each will be shown because they are so amazingly simple.

A lot of people seemed to think we were asking for the moon to require this ventilation data from employers and school systems. This should make it clear it really is easily feasible. As workers, we all have a right to know what kind of protection the ventilation system in our workplaces provides.

One seminar is provided by USA829, IATSE on June 9 from 2 pm to 4 pm plus Q and A.

A second one will be zoomed for NYCOSH on June 17 from 3 pm to 5 pm plus Q and A.

Contact me at actsnyc**At_Symbol_Here** and tell me which one you want to attend. I will send you a link.
