Be careful and thorough on the testing. The EPA handbooks have some good instruction. The lab selected to conduct the test should have some sampling requirements or recommendations.
Are you storing your wastes properly? Segregated by composition [organics, acid, alkaline, etc] and then flash point for the organics? Good ventilation when appropriate. No ventilation when appropriate.
