As others have mentioned, my vendor takes kits intact and charges a bulk (per pound) price.

You still have to ID the waste codes associated with the kits.

The hmt (172.101) has a listing of UN3316 under the heading "Chemical Kits"

please tell me I don't have to open these and declare each one individually. Somewhere down the regulatory waste road I thought I read something about test kits.
