"We have a contract with CINTAS, who also supplies our lab coats for our students. The students arrive to campus wearing their personal masks, then we supply them with washable cloth masks (from CINTAS) to wear inside the lab. The masks are then collected after lab, in recycle bins, and CINTAS picks up and delivers the masks twice a week."
Oh ick. Sorry - this just sounds gross to me. I'd wear a laundered lab coat that wasn't assigned specifically to me. But not a face mask!
A disposable mask policy makes sense to me. My $0.02
