And if you are politically and regulatory driven, I have all the BNAs from Dec 7, 1988 to 2003.  The early ones are not in the BNA archives.  And there's some pips in there.  I keep planning to do some writing that would rely on them, but I now have so many writing projects that are more vital that it is unlikely I'll get to this project during my stay on this planet.
