You need to find a transformer disposal / recycling company in your area. Your transformer supplier may be required to provide this service for PCB insulated units.
Let me know if you cannot find one.

Hello all,
I inherited a number of old transformers and related equipment (around 60 pieces) that I must now dispose of before they start leaking. Has anyone dealt with the disposal/decommissioning of transformers? They are not in their original locations.
They are sitting in our boneyard at facilities.
