Demystify: 

Next semester, I will be giving a 1-hour lecture on green chemistry to our chemical engineering students. I would love to provide students with some examples of when “green” is not always the best route to pursue, such as all the unknowns with ionic liquids. I am especially interested in any stories you may want to share privately with me.
