If the type and amount of waste stored are in keeping with NFPA 45 and 400, e.g., larger quantities of flammable hazardous waste are to be stored in a flammables cabinet.

Can hazardous waste be stored in a secondary container on the floor in a lab? If not, which reg is it: EPA or OSHA?
