This attached article may also shed some light on the murky world of peroxide testing strips.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks so much for the resources you sent.
I will check them out today.

Anja,
You might want to take a look at the extensive resources available at the University of MInnesota:
Hi all,

Hello,
My name is Anja Rosengarth, I recently re-joined ACS and the DCHAS which I am very excited about.
I am the EH&S coordinator for the School of Physical Sciences at UC Irvine and we recently encountered some issues with peroxide forming chemicals and the testing of them using
test strips.
I would like to get some advice on the issue, and I am interested in asking other DCHAS members what policies and SOPs are in place at their Universities/Departments.
Would you be able to put me into contact with some members or how should I go about this?
I would appreciate your help.
Have a great day,
Anja
