All:
As many of you know, I have been unsuccessful in retiring. New and interesting projects keep dropping onto my desk. I need some input from you on the latest one.
Do you know of any persons in government, academia, or industry, who have had serious action taken against them for safety violations. In particular, closing labs, closing production facilities, employment suspension or termination, or similar punitive measures?
If you have some information, please PM me (
chemsaf**At_Symbol_Here**gmail.com) with any details you have. I DO NOT need the person's name. I am limiting my exploration of this topic of safety violation punishment to 1990 - forward until today.
Thank you in advance.
Neal
