Hi Chandra,

Many are turning to LSI to provide a "booster shot" to help improve their faculty and staffs' "immunity".  Today seven folks from various institutions are attending our 24-hour boot camp.  On Friday, there are 29 registered to attend our Chemical Handling/Chemical Storage webinar.

Please let me know if you want more information.

Regards ... Jim

PS.  LSI now has virtual lab inspections, safety program evaluations, document reviews, plus courses and seminars ... all virtual.  And, a complimentary,  updated version of our classic Laboratory Safety Guidelines is now available on our website ... https://www.labsafety.org/product/lab-safety-rules

Hello,

We offer a one-time, in-person basic training (Chemical Hygiene Plan/Lab-101) for new wet lab researchers, faculty, and staff. Additionally, we provide an annual refresher course online.  How does your institution handle basic lab safety training (Lab-101)? How often is it required? Is it conducted online or in person? We are trying to understand how universities across the country manage their Lab-101 training.
