The investigation is pending but “a strong chemical smell “ indicates a problem related to chemical safety.

Our community authored an excellent course that addresses issues related to storing, organizing and disposing chemicals and we do not see this course widely used.

I would be very grateful to you all for promoting this resource. The course is free and includes a library of templates on how to request additional resources to deal with hazardous waste.

We don’t know what happened,  but we know that nobody should be exposed to “ a strong chemical smell” at the universities.
