The University of California Santa Cruz Chancellor's Sustainability
Action Council is proud to host the 4th annual California statewide
sustainability conference, "BUILDING A SUSTAINABLE CAMPUS COMMUNITY,"
June 19-22, 2005.

The conference will feature two days of conference sessions on a variety
of broad-reaching topics, as well as pre-conference field trips,
post-conference workshops, interactive dialog sessions and discussion
groups, an exhibitor hall, walking tours on the beautiful, wooded UCSC
campus, and an awards banquet celebration.  Participants will come from
University of California, California State University, community college
and private university campuses, government agencies, contractors,
vendors, suppliers, and the general public.  Together we will look at
best practices and new technologies in all aspects of "greening" campus
life, and explore how to meet the challenges of responsible growth with
stewardship.
