Hi Dave and Dan,

There are no new DHS regs yet on MSDSs, as far as I am aware. I know
there has been some discussion re: same in the midst of the work on the
chemical facility security regs that are being drafted (proposal
expected Nov. 4th), but I am not aware of anything final. I'm cc:ing my
colleagues Ted Cromwell and Jamie Conrad, however, in case they have
heard something I haven't.

Cheers,
Amy

List:

Has anyone heard of any requirements related to MSDSs from the
Department of
Homeland Security? A client in Brazil has requested that their MSDSs be
reviewed to meet the "new" Homeland Security regulations ...

I am at a loss ...

thanks

Neal
