3)	NFPA-99 "Standard on Fire Protection for Health Care Facilities"  
4)	CDC/NIH "Biosafety in Microbiological and Biomedical Laboratories"
5)	The Semiconductor Safety Association

As others have said, where you are (what fire jurisdiction you are under)
and precisely what kind of laboratories you are dealing with are primary
decision criteria in answering your question.
