Date: February 12, 2007 3:37:48 PM EST (CA)

To all:

This is the time of year when I start to prepare my Tier 2 reports, and,
this being the Northeast, Region 1 EPA tends to be strict about what is
being reported, so I include sand piles & rock salt because of the
10,000 lb rule, as well as ammonia, gasoline, & fuel oil, and others.

First question: Is anyone willing to share their list of "chemicals"
they are reporting under Tier 2?

Second: In your Research Institution, who prepares the Tier 2?

Third: How active is your LEPC, and is your institution represented?

Last: Who signs the Tier 2, if different from the preparer?

Thank you .....
