Subject: Chemical Lifecycle Management Symposium at Boston National Meeting
The deadline for abstracts for this summer's ACS national meeting in
Boston (August 21 -25) is very soon after the SF national meeting (see

One symposium we'd like to offer is on Chemical Lifecycle Management. I
remember that there was a presentation at a previous Boston meeting on
this topics, particularly a computerized system for managing chemical
inventories and the hazardous waste minimization benefits of this
approach. I don't remember who the author was, but we'd be interested in
hearing an update on this work or similar work other people have done in
this regard. If you have any questions about whether your idea for a
paper is germane to this symposium, you can check in with the organizer
