I concur. The preamble to the Lab Standard is definitely worth the effort. 
The workshop was also very useful.

I am considering taking the NRCC-CHO exam this coming summer possibly.  Doe
s anyone have any study-aid suggestions that they found useful?  Any and al
l suggestions for preparing and taking the exam would be greatly appreciate
d; especially from anyone that has taken it in recent years.
