People at a New South Wales Central Coast pharmacy have been taken to hospital after being overcome by fumes, NSW Ambulance has said.
Just after 4.30pm, paramedics attended Long Jetty Pharmacy at Long Jetty.
Two patients were treated for dizziness and high blood pressure, and were transported to Gosford Hospital in a stable condition.

Another three patients who had visited the business had also been taken to hospital, including two by ambulance.
"There's always a risk with any potential chemical exposure but paramedics worked hand in hand with Fire Rescue NSW's HAZMAT unit and police to ensure all patients were removed from the building, assessed and treated if needed," NSW Ambulance Superintendent Greg Marshall said.

SMITHVILLE, Texas ‰?? Tanker cars leaked hydrochloric acid after a Union Pacific train carrying hazardous cargo derailed in Smithville on Sunday morning.
The incident happened around 5 a.m. at State Highway 95 and Martin Luther King Drive, the City of Smithville said. No one was injured.
The tanker cars were empty, but some were leaking residual acid. Around seven cars were involved in the derailment, Union Pacific said.

A dangerous mixture of household cleaning products that caused an inadvertent chemical reaction resulted in the fire services attending a home in Weston-super Mare to dispose of the solution.

This is not the first time the Avon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service have been called out to deal with this type of situation.

Previously the emergency service visited a property where a woman mixed white wine vinegar and bleach when attempting to clean a shower. The combination released a harmful gas.

The woman was taken to hospital and crews from Temple, Patchway and Avonmouth fire station were all called to the incident after the mixture released a harmful gas.

Fire crews and emergency services have rushed to a town hotel and police have locked locked down the area after a chemical leak in a swimming pool.

Officers have taped off the entrance to the McDonald Inchyra Hotel and Spa in Grangemouth and the hotel is understood to have been evacuated.

Three fire engines, a support unit and an ambulance Specialist Operations Response Team are also on the scene.

The exact nature of the incident is not yet known but unconfirmed reports suggest there has been a significant chemical leak at the hotel's swimming pool.

It is understood the smell of chemicals quickly spread through the hotel's air conditioning unit as emergency services were alerted, Daily Record reports.

Three workers sustained injuries after a boiler unit exploded within the premises of a chemical factory in the Attibele Industrial Area on September 24. The incident comes after two fire incidents were reported in the last four days. According to a report in The Hindu, the blast occurred at Lake Chemicals Pvt Limited, a pharma-related plant, around 1.20 pm. The report stated that Gnanavelu (22) and Mune Gowda (30) were grievously injured while Suryanath (27) sustained minor injuries. The injured workers are being treated at a private hospital near the factory in Anekal taluk and are out of danger, the report said.

The Times of India quoted officials saying that the fire was triggered due to a technical snag with the boiler unit. PM Nagesh, District Fire Officer, told the Hindu that the vessel had chemicals like toluene, methanol, hydrochloric acid. He said that they could not ascertain the exact cause of the blast.

The Bengaluru rural police have registered a case against the factory owners and are investigating the case, mentioned a Hindustan Times report.

Residents in the area reportedly started a flash protest in front of the unit. Vinod, a resident who lives near the factory told Hindustan Times that this was not the first time such an incident occurred at the unit. The resident said that they had told the management of the chemical factory that residents were facing problems due to their output. The resident added that the area was covered with smoke after the blast which concerned them.

Bengaluru: On Thursday, in an unfortunate incident when cracker boxes exploded outside a godown in Chamarpet. The incident outside an alleged illegal cracker godown claimed two lives and four injured. The cops' team swung into action raided several godowns stocking hazardous material in New Tharagupet.

As a result of the successful raids, the police seized 16 cooking gas cylinders weighing 40 kg each stored illegally in godowns.

According to the report, the raided godowns are located near Chamarajpet where the cracker blast took place. The city police have arrested proprietor Ganesh Babu.

While commenting on the police raid, a senior officer said, ‰??We will continue raiding godowns in and around Chamarajpet, Goods Shed Road, KR Market, and surrounding areas," as quoted by the Times of India.

A search for a man feared dead after a fire ripped through a Leamington Spa chemical plant is due to start on Monday.

Warwickshire Police have confirmed that search operations for David Boswell, 52, who was working at Leeson Polyurethanes site at the time of the massive blaze and remains unaccounted for will begin at the start of the week.

A fire tore through the building on August 27, with smoke plumes seen for miles around and fireballs seen rising above Leamington at the site of the blaze.

Three workers were injured when a solvent vessel exploded accidentally within the premises of a chemical factory in Attibele Industrial Area on Friday. The blast resulted in a chemical leak which in turn released a pungent odour within a radius of several hundred metres. The incident comes after two fire accidents in the city in the last four days.

The blast occurred at Lake Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., a pharmaceutical-related plant, at around 1.05 p.m. ‰??Eight workers were at the spot when the solvent vessel burst, splattering chemicals around. Two workers sustained significant injuries, while another person sustained minor injuries,‰?? said Mallesh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bengaluru Rural. The injured have been identified as Gnanavelu, 22, and Mune Gowda, 30, who, according to sources, suffered significant burns ‰?? up to 30%. A third worker, Suryanath, 27, escaped with minor injuries. The injured are being treated at a private hospital nearby and are said to be out of danger.

‰??When we reached the spot, the injured had already been shifted to hospitals but there was a fire raging, which we put out using two fire tenders,‰?? said P.M. Nagesh, District Fire Officer, who led the operation at the factory. ‰??The vessel was about eight feet high and eight feet wide. It had chemicals such as toluene, methanol, and hydrochloric acid. While we don‰??t yet know the exact reason for the blast, unregulated pressure or temperature may have led to an adverse reaction and blast,‰?? he said.
