For us exempt staff don’t get extra compensation.

 

If someone is non-exempt, they get a percentage of their hourly rate for every hour they’re on call (I think it’s 10% but I’m not sure), and do get compensation (overtime, as applicable) if they get a call or need to come in on nights/weekends/holidays.
